



No. 289 Pork Flavoring Seasoning
A must for pulled pork! Recipe for pulled pork = Mix 1 cup seasoning to 1 gallon water or apple juice for a 5-6 lb. pork shoulder. Soak 6 to 8 hours in refrigerator, then cook to an internal temp of 190 to 200 degrees. Let cool, shred and add BBQ if desired.
