High-Temperature Cheese adds a creamy, cheesy flavor to sausages without melting out in the smokehouse or grill. Pepperjack Cheese adds a creamy zip to any snack stick or summer sausage. We like it paired with Jalapeno Summer Sausage, Taco Brats or mixed into burger patties.
*During the summer months (April 1 - November 1), high-temp cheese will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, unless you elect to pay overnight or refrigerated shipping. Orders to WI, MN, or northern IL will ship through Wednesdays.
