Our best-selling mahogany collagen casings are perfect for making larger diameter snack sticks and other small sausages. These durable but tender casings are easy to use and can be easily hung from smokehouse sticks during processing. Each strand will stuff about 9 lbs of meat. Caddie contains 78 strands that will stuff about 366 lbs. 

Note: These casings are ready to stuff. No soaking necessary. Keep edible collagen casings refrigerated. (Will keep up to 6 months).

1st time success

Great casing. First time making snack sticks. Easy to use and stuff. Used pepperoni #798 snack stick seasoning and high temperature pepper jack cheese from local butcher. They are not lasting long.

not pleased that we can not buy c units in many varietys. would be nice if at least were packaged in halves if thats the way its going to be sold from now on?

Excellent for Venison Snack Sticks

I have been using these for nearly 10 years. I mix "*******" snack stick seasoning, 60% venison and 40% pork, stuff them into these casings and then smoke them. The family can't get enough!
