Ingredients

2 LB – Pheasant Breasts
12 – Dates
6 Slice – Bacon, thick cut
½ C – Thai Fighter

Directions

Cut the pheasant breasts in ½ creating two strips.
Wrap one piece of pheasant breast around a date, and then wrap that in bacon.
Skewer the entire piece, securing the bacon at its ends.
Place the skewers in a pan and cover with Thai Fighter. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
Place the skewers on a rack lined tray and place on the smoker. Cook for 45-60 minutes, basting ½ through with more Thai Fighter.
Once the internal temp of the pheasant reaches 165 degrees and the bacon is rendered to your liking, pull them.
Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving!
