Peach Buzz Glazed Ham Steaks

1 Lb – Ham Steaks (3/4” thick)
1 C – Peach Buzz - Bourbon BBQ Sauce
4 T - Butter
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
- Add some butter or cooking oil if desired and then sear off the ham steaks on each side for 2-3 minutes.
- In a saucepot over medium heat, melt the butter into the BBQ sauce, stirring occasionally to combine well.
- Baste the steaks with the BBQ sauce after the last flip in the cast iron pan.
- Serve with an extra side of the sauce for dipping.
