Hot Honey Lemon Kebabs

Directions

1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees, set up for indirect heat.
2. Cut the chicken into 2” cubes.
3. Toss the chicken with the olive oil, juice from one lemon and 4 TB of Bee Sting rub.
4. Cut the vegetables into like-sized pieces compared to the chicken.
5. Skewer the chicken and vegetables alternating each piece.
6. Place the kebabs on the grill over indirect heat and close the lid.
7. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
8. While the kebabs are cooking make the basting butter.
9. In a small saucepot, combine the butter, juice from one lemon, 2 TB of parsley and 2 TB of Bee Sting rub.
10. Place the pot over medium low heat and melt, stirring occasionally until the sauce is well combined.
11. Baste the cooked kebabs with the butter and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
12. Remove from the grill and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
13. Serve with an extra drizzle of butter and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
