What is Ranch water?
Contrary to what we might think at first, ranch water, often called Texas ranch water, is certainly not water. In reality, ranch water is a tequila highball drink often found in Texas and other southern states, and is made of tequila, lime and Topo Chico sparkling mineral water.
Though the exact origins of this cocktail recipe are unknown, rumor has it that it was created by a Texas rancher in the 60's.
