Cherry Apple Pie Ribs
Cherry and apple collided and it is da bomb! These Cherry Apple Pie Ribs are tender meaty ribs with your favorite sweet pie flavors and don't forget the drop kick of heat on the back end. Sorry, Mom Cherry Apple Pie Ribs win this round!
Set smoker to 225 degrees.
Rinse rib rack and on a pat dry and remove the membrane.
On a sheet tray, season both sides of the rack generously with rub and pat into meat with fingers.
Arrange ribs on smoker, bone side down and smoke for a total of 4 hours or until tender.
Baste rack with sauce at 3 hours and again at 3.5 hours.
When ribs are complete, give them a final brush with sauce.
To serve, can cut rack in half or cut into individual ribs.
