Ingredients
1 Package - B Unit
5 Lbs.
25 Lbs. of 85% Lean Pork Trimmings
2-3 Cups of Distilled Water
1 Package/Bundle
Directions
Start by grinding pork trims through ⅛" plate to achieve the perfect texture for your homemade bratwurst.
Add cold water and your favorite bratwurst seasoning, then mix for 3-5 minutes until meat becomes tacky.
Add high-temp mozzarella and mix well.
Stuff the seasoned meat mixture into 32-55mm natural hog casings to create traditional bratwurst links.
For best results, store and refrigerate overnight before grilling, pan-frying, or smoking to enhance the flavors.
