Our best-selling clear collagen casings are perfect for making larger diameter snack sticks and other small smoked sausages. These durable but tender casings are easy to use and can be easily hung from smokehouse sticks during processing. Each strand will stuff about 13 lbs. of meat. Caddie contains 40 strands that will stuff about 560 lbs. 

Note: These casings are ready to stuff. No soaking necessary. Keep edible collagen casings refrigerated. (Will keep up to 6 months).
