High-Temp Cheddar Cheese

High temperature cheese adds a creamy, cheesy flavor to sausages without melting out in the smokehouse or grill. High temp cheddar cheese is often used in sausage making and other BBQ recipes.

Use high temp cheddar cheese to make cheddarwurst, cheese hot dogs, jalapeno cheddar summer sausage, cheesy hot sticks or any other sausage you can imagine. High temp cheddar cheese also makes a great addition to burgers and brat patties! 

• Precut into 1/4" cubes
• Withstands heat up to 400° F 
• Store in refrigerator or freezer

*During the summer months (April 1 - November 1), high-temp cheese will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, unless you elect to pay overnight or refrigerated shipping. Orders to WI, MN, or northern IL will ship through Wednesdays. 

Usage

• Use 2-3 lbs. of high-temp cheddar cheese to 25 lb. meat batch (or 10-15% of your meat block)
• Jalapeno Cheddar Summer Sausage
• Fiesta Cheddar Bratwurst
