Jalapeño Peach Ribs
You aint never had ribs like this! Juicy tender peaches and spicy jalapeños bring a zippy sweetness to our Bourbon Peach and Hot Honey smoked ribs! This flavor combo that will have you buzzing!
2 Racks- Back Ribs
4 T Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Bee Sting Hot Honey Chipotle BBQ Rub
1 Cup Peach Buzz Hickory Whisky BBQ Sauce
2 Peaches- Pitted, Sliced
2 Jalapeños- Sliced
Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs.
Drizzle the ribs with the yellow mustard and rub evenly over all the meat.
Generously season with Bee Sting Rub and allow to sit for 20 minutes. This will allow the seasoning to adhere to the meat.
Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
Place the ribs in the smoker facing curved side up to start. Smoke for 3 hours.
Wrap the ribs in foil and place back in the smoker curved side down for an additional 2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the foil and baste with the Peach Buzz BBQ sauce. Place them back in the smoker and arrange the sliced peaches and jalapenos on top of the ribs.
Smoke for 45-60 more minutes or until the sauce is tacky and the ribs are tender.
