Ginger Teriyaki Flank Steak

Flank steaks were made for grilling and are perfect for picking up bold flavors. Marinated and glazed in our sweet and spicy Thai Fighter Ginger Teriyaki, this flank steak is seared briefly then sliced.

Thai Fighter - Ginger Teriyaki



  1. In a glass pan, cover flank steak in 1 cup of Thai Fighter, then let marinade refrigerated for 2 hours. 

  2. Preheat your grill to 450 deg. F.  For pan searing, heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. 

  3. Place flank steak on grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each size, basting with remaining Thai Fighter until glaze has thickened.
