Bloody Mary Venison Skewers
Things are heating up this fall! Spicy Bloody Mary Venison skewers are just in time for deer season. Tender color veggies lined up between delicious hunks of venison, marinated in some spicy Big Buck Bloody Mary Mix will have you hitting your target! Ready, aim...yum!
Cut the venison into 1 ½” cubes.
Place in a bowl and pour in the Bloody Mary mix. Massage the mix into the meat and place in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate.
Set up your grill for indirect grilling and preheat to 350 degrees.
Cut up the veggies to 1 ½” pieces. Remove the venison from the Bloody Mary mix and allow to drip dry.
Skewer the meat and veggies, alternating them to fill the skewer
Season the skewers with Wild Game seasoning.
Grill the skewers over indirect heat until the meat is cooked to your liking and the veggies are slightly charred.
Finish the skewers over direct heat for 1-2 minutes a side.
Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
