Chicken Enchilada Dip
Chips mean there is dip! This Chicken Enchilada Dip is the boss of all dips. Load that chip with a heaping scoop of shredded chicken chunks, confetti veggies, smoky adobo honey flavors and gooey cheese. Make sure to go back for seconds or even thirds!
Preheat oven or smoker to 350 degrees.
Chop the onion, red pepper and jalapeno into a small dice.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded chicken, chopped veggies, shredded cheese and El Jefe taco seasoning.
Spread the mixture evenly into a cast iron or baking dish and drizzle the top with El Jefe taco seasoning.
Place in the smoker for 30 minutes.
Remove and allow to rest for 10 before topping with extra cheese and chopped cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
