High-Temp Mozzarella
High-Temperature Cheese adds a creamy, cheesy flavor to sausages without melting out in the smokehouse or grill. Mozzarella high-temp cheese is a versatile option that pairs well with almost any seasoning. We like it in Pizza Patties, Philly Cheese Brats, Tuscan Brats, Pepperoni Sticks, burgers, brat patties, and more.
*During the summer months (April 1 - November 1), high-temp cheese will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, unless you elect to pay overnight or refrigerated shipping. Orders to WI, MN, or northern IL will ship through Wednesdays.

Usage
- Use 2-3 lbs. of high-temp cheese to 25 lb. meat batch (or 10-15% of your meat block)
- Add after grind and mix well
