Ritz-Crusted Chicken Breast
Hey there hot honey! These Ritz crusted tender breast get you with the sweet and then hit you with the heat. Treat yo’ mouth!
4 Chicken Breast -5-6 Oz Each
4 T Buzzed Hot Honey Mustard
2 C Ritz Crackers- Crushed
1/4 C Olive Oil
2 T Honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Trim excess fat and gristle from the chicken breasts.
Rub the chicken breasts generously with the Buzzed Mustard. Marinate for up to 24 hours, but at least 2 hours.
Coat the chicken in the cracker crumbs. You can either place the crumbs in a ziplock bag with the chicken and shake, or place the crumbs un a shallow bowl and pack the chicken into them.
Put oil in a medium sized skillet or sauté pan and place over medium/high heat.
Pan fry the chicken on each side for 2-4 minutes, or until the crust is set and slightly browned.
Then place them on a baking sheet tray and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, it’s done!
Place and serve with a drizzle of honey.
