To be or not to be eating nachos?! Nacho problem when there is a platter of our Grande Nachos smothered in cheese sauce and topped with all the fixings right in front of you. Load up that chip for bite.
1 Lb Ground Beef
2 T El Jefe Adobo Honey Taco Seasoning & Rub
3/4 Cup Water
2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Lb American Cheese
1/2 Cup Cheese Mix
1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce- Shredded
1/2 Red Onion- Diced
1 Tomato- Diced
1 Jalapeño- Sliced
2 T Cilantro- Chopped
3/4 El Jefe Adobo BBQ Taco Sauce
1/4 Sour Cream
1 Bag Doritos
1/2 Bag Frito Scoops
Make the taco meat by following the directions on the jar.
Make the cheese sauce by bringing the heavy cream to a simmer over medium/low heat.
Slowly add in the American cheese a little at a time until fully melted. (adjust the thickness with a cornstarch slurry if needed)
Chop, slice and dice all your favorite toppings.
Start building the nachos by placing the and on a large serving platter or tray.

Spread the taco meat and then veggies.
Drizzle with El Jefe taco sauce and finish with a dollop of sour cream.
