High temp cheddar cheese adds a creamy, cheesy flavor to sausages without melting out in the smokehouse or grill.
Use high temp cheddar cheese to make cheddarwurst, cheese hot dogs, jalapeno cheddar summer sausage, cheesy hot sticks or any other sausage you can imagine. High temp cheddar cheese also makes a great addition to burgers and brat patties!
