Ingredients
2 Lb Boneless Pork Loin

3 T Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub

3/4 Peach Buzz Hickory Whiskey BBQ Sauce
Directions
Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees.
Cut the pork in to 1” cubes and season well with Notorious P.I.G. Rub.
Cook in the air fryer for 4-7 minutes until browned evenly on all sides, shaking the basket once or twice during the process. Do not over fill the fryer basket. Most likely will need to cook in two batches.
Heat the sauce in a small sauce pot and combine with the pork.
Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
