Ingredients

2 Lbs Chicken Thighs

1/4 Cup Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub

1 1/2 Cup Peach Buzz Hickory Whiskey BBQ Sauce

1 Stick Butter- Cubed

16 Slices Bacon- Thick Cut
Directions
Set smoker to 250 degrees.
Cut the chicken into 2” pieces.
Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon.
Season with Notorious P.I.G.
Place the chicken in the smoker, directly on the racks and smoke for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Place the chicken in a foil pan or oven safe pan.
Cover the ends in Peach Buzz BBQ Sauce and drop in the butter.
Smoke for an additional 30 minutes.
Allow to rest, stir and serve.
