Pastrami Burger

2 Lb Ground Beef- 4 8 Oz Patties

1 Lb Chop Shop Pastrami

4 Lettuce Leaves

8 Slices Tomato
-
8 Slices Marble Rye
-
4 Slices Swiss Cheese

6 T Brown Mustard
-
4 T Grate State Cheesy Blend

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 T Lemon Juice
-
3 T Horseradish ( Prepared)
Directions
Season burger patties with Grate State seasoning and grill to desired temperature. Just before they are finished, melt the cheese on the burgers.
Toast bread and layer 4 pieces with lettuce and tomato.
For the horseradish cream, mix the sour cream, lemon juice and horseradish. Spread on top of the tomatoes.
Place burgers with melted cheese on top of the tomatoes followed by the sliced pastrami and a drizzle of brown mustard.
