How do you upgrade your everyday sandwich? Make it a brisket sandwich! Our Memphis BBQ Sauce on this Smoked BBQ Brisket Sandwich is hunky chunks of tangy, tender smoked brisket and a stack of crispy onion strings between the buns! Now this is the good stuff!
Ingredients

2 Lb Brisket- Cooked, Sliced

4 Onion Buns

2 Onions- Thin Sliced Into Rings

1 Cup Buttermilk
-
2 Cups Flour
-
TT Salt & Pepper

1 Cup Memphis King BBQ Sauce

1 Cup Bread and Butter Pickles
Directions
Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
Marinate the onion strings in the buttermilk for 5 minutes. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
Remove the onions from the buttermilk and drip dry. Toss in the flour until well coated. Fry for 5-8 minutes or until light brown and crispy.
Lay the cooked onion strings on a tray lined with paper towel.
Place sliced brisket on the bottom buns, and top with sliced pickles, onion strings and a drizzle of Memphis King BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
