True or False.... More Bacon?!?! Yes, This Candied Bacon is a delightful treat you won't be able to stop after 1 piece. Make more than you think, especially if you are sharing!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a sheet tray with foil to catch the drippings of the bacon and then place a wire rack on the foil.
Lay out the bacon evenly across the rack(s) with no overlapping.
Cook for 15 minutes in the oven. Pull bacon and with a brush, baste the bacon with Memphis King BBQ sauce. Flip the bacon with a set of tongs and baste the other side as well.
Cook for another 10 minutes, and then repeat the process of basting with BBQ Sauce.
Continue the 10 minute intervals and basting until the bacon is almost burned on the edges.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Can be used for Bloody Mary's, Breakfast sandwiches, or to eat just like spicy candy.
