Grind regular trims through 1/8” plate. Add water, Brat Seasoning and pre-cooked noodles, 2.5 lbs of High-Temp Cheddar Cheese. Mix for 3-5 minutes until meat is thoroughly combined. Stuff into 32-35mm hog casings or 4” x 20” fibrous casings, or form into patties.
