Venison Burger with Cherry Chutney
This venison burger recipe combines lean ground venison with ground pork for richness, then layers in savory flavor with PS Seasoning’s Wild Game Seasoning. Each patty is grilled to perfection and topped with melty Muenster cheese, peppery arugula, fresh tomato, and a house-made cherry chutney. The chutney, simmered with red wine and balsamic vinegar, adds a sweet-tart contrast that complements the deep, smoky notes of the seasoned meat.
Built on a toasted bun and stacked with fresh and flavorful toppings, this is a go-to wild game recipe for deer camp, backyard grilling, or any time you want something more than just salt and pepper.
