Smoked Venison Meatloaf with Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Venison gets the slow-smoke treatment in this bold and balanced meatloaf that’s anything but average. It starts with a blend of ground venison and pork, seasoned with Wild Game Seasoning for deep, savory flavor. Panko breadcrumbs and eggs hold it together, but the real payoff comes after an hour on the smoker. Just before it’s done, the meatloaf is brushed with Cherry Bomb Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
