Ingredients
-
3 LB – Ground Beef
-
6 TB – Gingerbread BBQ Rub
-
3 – Eggs
-
1 ½ Cup – Panko Breadcrumbs
-
1 ¼ Cup – Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, PS Seasoning Gingerbread BBQ Rub, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Mix by hand until the ingredients are evenly incorporated and the meat mixture becomes slightly tacky.
Form into 1½-ounce meatballs and arrange them on a wire rack.
Place the rack in the smoker and smoke for 1 to 1½ hours, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
Remove the meatballs from the smoker and transfer them to a cast iron skillet or foil pan. Pour over the PS Seasoning Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Return the pan to the smoker and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes to allow the sauce to tack up and caramelize.
Remove from the smoker and let the meatballs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy these tender, smoky Gingerbread BBQ Meatballs packed with holiday spice and sweet bourbon glaze flavor.
