Ingredients
- 4 LB – Chicken Breasts

¾ C – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub
- 2 – Jalapenos
- 1 – Red Onion

1 ½ C – Whiskey Barrel BBQ Sauce

1 C – Mixed Cheese, Shredded
Directions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 300 degrees, set up for indirect cooking.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with Cock-A-Doodle Brew and let them rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before going onto the smoker.
- Cook for 45-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
- Julienne the onion and slice the jalapenos into ¼” coins.
- Place the chicken breasts in a cast iron pan and drizzle with Whiskey Barrel BBQ sauce.
- Then top with the onions and jalapenos.
- Place back on the smoker until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
- Top with shredded cheese and then back onto the smoker for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Rest the dish for 10 minutes before serving.
