Smoked Bone Marrow
Smoked Bone Marrow Butter
If you've never had smoked bone marrow, you need to! Meat butter that tastes great on everything!
- 6 – Beef Bones, split
2 t – BBQ General SPG Rub
- Baguette for dipping
- Preheat smoker to 400 degrees.
- Place the bones on a foil lined tray and then onto the smoker.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes until the bone marrow starts to bubble.
- Use a spoon or knife to scrape out the marrow and spread in on a few pieces of baguette.
