A hopeless Ramen-tic! This Open Sesame Pork Belly Ramen is a love affair with a bowl of hot broth, long slurping noodles and sesame flavored shitake mushrooms layered with bok choy and slices of saucy pork. That's amore!

Ingredients
2-4 T Sesame Oil
4-6 Shitake Mushroom- Sliced
1 T Garlic- Minced
4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Packet Chicken Ramen Noodle Seasoning
1/2 T Miso Paste

1-2 T Open Sesame Everything Bagel
1 Cup Bamboo Shoots
2 Bok Choy- Halved, Seared

Pork Belly- Sliced (see Black Belt Oven Roasted Pork Belly)
Directions
In a braising pot, on high heat, in 2 T of sesame oil sear bok choy 45 seconds per side, remove and set to the side.
In 2 T of sesame oil sear mushrooms. Add 1-2 T more if needed until mushrooms start to soften. Add in garlic while continuously stirring.
Reduce to the medium high and add chicken stock and 1 chicken ramen seasoning packet, miso and seasoning and stir until dissolved.
Add in bamboo shoots and stir for about 5 minutes until softened.
Place ramen noodles into broth and let soften for 1 minute while stirring.
When noodles are ready add bok choy into broth and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and add a slice of pork belly, along with a garnish of radish and green onion. Add a shake of Open Sesame for good measure.
