Black Belt Oven Roasted Pork Belly
Becoming the master! This Black Belt Oven Roasted Pork Belly is rolled and tied off, basted in our Black Belt Korean BBQ Sauce and tossed in the oven for roasting. Level it up!
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Lay the pork belly out, skin side down and baste the underside with ¼ cup of sauce.
Roll the meat as tightly as possible and tie together as a roast with butcher’s string.
Baste the outside of the roast with ½ cup of Black Belt Sauce.
Place in a baking dish and place on a lower rack in the oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, baste the roast with more sauce.
Lower the oven temperature to 325 degrees and return the roast to the oven for 2 ½ hours.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Serve with stir fried vegetables or Ramen and enjoy!
