Ingredients

1 lb – Shaved Beef

3 TB – Sesame Chili Citrus Wing Rub

2 TB – Olive Oil

½ Cup – Shredded Carrots

½ Cup – Shredded radish

1 stalk – Chopped Lemongrass

2 – Sliced jalapenos

½ Cup – Rice Vinegar

½ Cup – Water
-
2 TB – Sugar
-
1 – Baguette

1 Cup – Notorious P.I.G. BBQ Sauce

½ Cup – Mayo

Cilantro for garnish
Directions
In a small saucepot, bring rice vinegar, water, and sugar to a boil.
- Place shredded vegetables into a mason jar or container, then pour the hot vinegar mixture over them.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours to pickle.
Season shaved beef generously with Sesame Chili Citrus Wing Rub.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add oil, then sear the steak until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix Notorious P.I.G. BBQ Sauce with mayonnaise until smooth.
- Slice the baguette open and fill with the seared beef.
Top with the pickled vegetables and drizzle with the Notorious mayo.
