Ingredients

1 ½ LBS – Chicken Breast

1 C – Flour

2 T – Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Rub
- 2 – Eggs

2 ½ C – Panko Breadcrumbs

½ C – Canola Oil
- 12 – Flour Tortillas
- 6 oz – Cream Cheese
-
2 T – Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Rub

1 C – Lettuce, shredded
-
1 C – Dill Pickle Chips

½ C– Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce
Directions
- Slice the chicken into thin slices, about 2” long.
- Set up breading station. First, mix the flour and 2 TB Honky Tonk rub in a bowl. Next beat the two eggs in another bowl. And finally the panko breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Bread the chicken pieces individually starting in the flour, the egg then the crumbs.
- Pan fry the chicken in canola oil until lightly browned on each side and 165 degrees internal temperature.
- Mix together the cream cheese and 2 TB Honky Tonk Rub.
- Heat the tortillas to soften and spread 1 TB of cream cheese mix on each one.
- Then add a pinch of lettuce followed by some chicken, pickles and a drizzle of Honky Tonk sauce.
- Enjoy!
