- 2 LG – Naan

½ C – Pizza sauce

2 C – Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 4 oz – Italian Sausage
- Sliced Jalapenos (optional)

2 t – Good Fella
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 250 degrees, set up for indirect heat.
- Build you pizzas by spreading out the pizza sauce between to the pieces of naan and then adding your desired toppings.
- Season the pizzas with Good Fella.
- Place the pizzas on the smoker for 15-20 minutes until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is melted.
- Move the pizza over direct heat, rotating often to crisp up the naan.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Fold em. Eat em.
