These restaurant-style wings are dredged in flour then lightly fried until the skin is crisp and golden. Dunk them or toss them in our tangy Honey Dipper sauce for an easy flavor boost.
Honey Dipper Fried Wings

|2 1/2 lbs.||Chicken Wings, split|
|TT||Salt & Pepper|
|1 qt.||Vegetable Oil|
|1/2 cup||Honey Dipper Tangy Honey Mustard|
- Place the chicken wings on a sheet tray, blot with paper towel, then season with salt and pepper. Dredge the wings in flour, shake off excess, and set aside.
- Heat oil to 375° F in a large saucepan or deep fryer. Fry the chicken wings in 3 to 4 batches until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer fried wings to a wire rack lined sheet tray, then continue frying wings.
- Meanwhile, heat Honey Dipper sauce in a small pan over low heat.
- Transfer the wings to a large bowl and toss with ½ cup of Honey Dipper. Serve warm with remaining sauce for dipping.
