Ingredients
2 T Cooking Oil
1 Small Vidalia Onion- Fine Dice
1/2 Red Bell Pepper- Fine Dice
1 Jalapeño- Diced
1 T Flour
16 Oz Heavy Cream
7 Oz White Cheddar- Shredded
5 Oz Monterrey Jack Cheese- Shredded
2 T El Dinero Hatch Chili Taco Seasoning &
- Rub
1 1/2 Cup Chicken Shredded
1/3 Cheddar Cheese- Shredded, Garnish
Directions
In a medium sauce pan, on medium heat, oil and soften diced vegetables.
Stir in flour until combined. Slowly pour heavy cream and stir constantly until combined.
Add in cheese and mix well.
Season with El Dinero Hatch Chili Verde
Transfer to a warm cast-iron and top with a pinch of chicken, red and green peppers.
