You've had regular nachos, but have you ever had crab rangoon nachos?!? You won't want to be sharing these.
Ingredients
- 6 oz – Imitation Crab Meat
- 8 oz – Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 oz – Soy Sauce
-
¾ C – Red Rooster Sweet Chili Sauce
-
½ C – Green Onion, chopped
- 1 pkg - Wontons
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the wontons into triangles, about the size of a tortilla chip.
- Lay flat on a sheet tray lined with parchment and place in the oven to cook for 5-8 minutes. Watch closely as they go from toasted to burned very quickly.
- Combine the softened cream cheese and soy sauce and stir together. Add warm water, a little at a time until the mixture resembles a cheese sauce.
- Shred the imitation crab meat.
- Build the nachos with a bed of wonton chips, drizzled with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with imitation crab and a drizzle of Red Rooster.
- Finish with a healthy dose of green onions and enjoy!
