Peach Buzz Smoked Fried Wings
Bourbon peach wings smoked and then flash fried to perfection! Sauce it up with our favorite dinner.
- 3 LB – Wings, split
2 T – Olive Oil
2 T – Black Gold Seasoning
¾ C – Peach Buzz BBQ Sauce
- Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
- Toss the wings in olive oil and then season them generously with Black Gold.
- Place the wings in the smoker, single layer and smoke for 90-120 minutes until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165 degrees.
- Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
- Fry the wings for 5-6 minutes until desired crispiness.
- Toss the wings in Peach Buzz BBQ sauce and enjoy
