Ingredients
- 3 LB – Wings
- 1 Bottle – Chamoy (15oz)

4 TB – El Capitan Baja Citrus Rub
Directions
Place the wings in a large bowl and add in the Chamoy sauce, ensuring each piece is coated in its sweet, tangy, spicy goodness.
- Gently mix the sauce into the wings so they are all submerged and covered.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to marinate for 12-24 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate.
Fire up the grill! Preheat your grill to 350 degrees set up for indirect heat.
- Place the wings on the grill over indirect heat.
Season liberally with El Capitan Baja Citrus Rub for a zesty kick.
- Cook for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally until the wings are fully cooked (170 degrees internal).
- Place the wings over direct heat to finish crisping up the skin, for about 3-4 minutes.
Let the wings rest for 5 minutes, then drizzle with extra chamoy before serving. Pair with a side of Grilled Street Corn Salad or Watermelon Salsa for a flavor-packed feast.
