Ditch the boring deli ham and level up your sandwich game with our Pulled Ham recipe!
Ingredients
- 8 LB – Ham, smoked and bone in
- 1/3 Cup – Maple Syrup

1 Cup – Notorious P.I.G. rub
- 1 ½ Cup – Chicken Broth

1 ½ Cup – Memphis King BBQ Sauce
- Slider Buns for serving
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 180 degrees on Smoke setting.
- Slather the ham with the maple syrup, this will be your binder.
- Then, season the ham generously on all sides with Notorious P.I.G. rub.
- Place the ham directly on the smoker and add your favorite flavor of wood for smoking.
- Smoke for 10-12 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. (I do this part overnight)
- Remove the ham from the smoker and place in a foil pan.
- Pour in the chicken broth and then drizzle in the Memphis King BBQ sauce.
- Cover with parchment and then foil.
- Remove the sawdust and change the setting to Cook and increase the temperature to 300 degrees.
- Place the ham back on the smoker and cook until the internal temperature reaches 204 degrees.
- Remove from the smoker and let the ham rest for 30 minutes.
- Shred the ham and serve with an extra drizzle of Memphis King and some slider buns.
