There is always a new way to make ribs! Beer Can Ribs are where it's at, seasoned with our Beer Can Chicken rub and sauced with Memphis King!
Ingredients
- 2 Rack – Pork Back Ribs

4 T – Buzzed Hot Honey Ale Mustard

½ C – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub
- 1 Stick – Butter
- 2 Can - Beer

1 C – Memphis King BBQ Sauce
- 6 oz – Beer
- ½ Stick - Butter
Sauce
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
- Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs and trim as needed.
- Slather the ribs in mustard
- Season the ribs generously with Cock-A-Doodle Brew rub. Let the ribs sit at room temp for 20 minutes to tack on the seasoning.
- Wrap the ribs around a can of beer and then use butcher’s twine to secure.
- Place the ribs on the smoker for 2 ½ hours.
- Then place the ribs in an aluminum pan with ½ stick of butter each and cover with foil.
- Place back on the smoker and cook until the meat is tender.
- In a small saucepot, combine the Memphis King BBQ sauce, beer and butter over medium heat. Stir often to make the mop sauce.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before basting with mop sauce and enjoying.
