Satisfy your snack craving with these cheesy, smoky brisket egg rolls. Filled with smoky brisket, BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese, the egg rolls can be baked, fried or air fried until crisp.
Ingredients
- 1 LB – Cooked Brisket, shredded
- 8 oz – Cheddar Block

2 TB – Rodeo Rub
- 16 – Spring Roll Wrappers
- 1 – Egg, beaten

Directions
- Shred the cheese and add it to a bowl along with the shredded brisket.
- Season with Rodeo Rub and toss to coat the mix.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper down and brush the edges with egg wash.
- Place 1/3 Cup of the brisket mixture in the center of the wrap and gently for into an oval.
- Roll up the spring roll and seal with a little extra egg wash if needed.
- Repeat until all the egg rolls are made.
- Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
- Fry the egg rolls, a few at a time, for 4-6 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Place on a paper towel lined tray for a few minutes to dry.
- Sevre with a side of Memphis King BBQ Sauce for dipping, enjoy!
