Apple Cinnamon Baby Back Ribs
Treat yourself to these sweet and succulent Apple Cinnamon Ribs. For this recipe, we used baby back ribs but our Apple Pie Cinnamon Spice rub is the perfect pairing for any kind of pork rib. The sweet rub thickens and caramelizes for a rich, candy-like glaze.
Apple Cinnamon Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back Rib Racks, about 2 lbs. each |

Apple Pie Cinnamon Spice Rub |
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 225° F.
- Rub ribs all over with Apple Pie rub, then transfer to the grill over indirect heat. Cook for 1 hour.
- Rotate rib racks and increase the temperature to 250 F. Cook another 1 to 1 ½ hours, until ribs are tender.
- Remove ribs from the grill, rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
