A clear colored casing used mainly for summer sausage, salami and other smoked sausages. Available in a variety of sizes. We offer casings in bundles of 25 or cases of 500.

Note: Before stuffing, Soak in warm water 20-30 minutes.

Approximate stuffing weight:

    • 2½" x 12" - 1 Lb. • 2½" x 20" - 3½ Lbs.
    • 2½" x 14" - 2 Lbs. • 4" x 20" - 5 Lbs.
    • 2½" x 18" - 3 Lbs. • 8" x 24" - 12½ Lbs.
