A clear collagen casing used mainly for fresh, breakfast links and other small diameter sausages.

Approximate stuffing weight:

  • 1 Strand - 10 Lbs.
Note: These casings are ready to use. No soaking necessary. Keep edible collagen casings refrigerated. (Will keep up to 6 months).

How To Use

  • Soak for at least 25-30 minutes in warm salt water (70-90º F) before stuffing. 
  • Can be hung in smoker or cooked until temp reaches 156º F
