Ingredients

1 1/2 Lb Chicken- Cooked, Shredded

1 Can Northern Beans- Drained, Rinsed

1 Yellow Onion

1 Can Diced Green Chilis (4.5 oz)

1 T Garlic- Minced

2 T Cock-A-Doodle Brew

1 Qt Chicken Broth

1/2 t Cayenne

2 t Cumin- Ground
-
1 t Oregano- Dried
-
1 Cup Heavy Cream
-
1/4 Cup Sour Cream

2 T Cooking Oil
Directions
Sauté onions in 2 TB of oil until they are tender and translucent. Add garlic and cook for additional 1 minute.
Add green chilis and seasonings and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken, beans and stock. Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes and add heavy cream.
Reduce at a low simmer for 15 minutes.
Finish with sour cream and serve topped with shredded cheese, cilantro, sour cream and drizzled fresh lime juice.
