Pan-Seared Sesame-Glazed Salmon

Instructions:
- In a glass pan, cover salmon filets in 1 cup of Thai Fighter, then let marinade refrigerated for 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to 450 deg. F. For broiling, set it to low heat. For pan searing, heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon on grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each size, basting with remaining Thai Fighter until glaze has thickened.
