Beer Cheese Brat Dip
When I dip, you dip, we dip! This Beer Cheese Brat Dip is your favorite beer, robust garlic, gooey cheese and savory sausage all in one. Gather 'round the dip y'all! Tip: Buy lots of chips and make extra dip!
12 Oz Ground Italian Sausage
12 Oz Cream Cheese
3 Cups Cheese- Shredded
6 Oz Beer
2 t Tailgater Ballpark Blend
1/2 Cup Green Onion- Chopped
Chips or dipping
Cook the Italian sausage in a sauté pan over medium heat until fully cooked, set aside.
Combine ½ the cheese (1 ½ cups), cream cheese and beer in a food processor. Combine until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the blended mix and remaining ingredients together by hand.
Pour the dip into a pie pan or baking dish and cover with parchment paper and then with foil, sealing the edges.
Grill over indirect heat for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
Oven – 350 degrees – 20-30 minutes
