Supreme Pizza Tortellini

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cook tortellini according to directions on the packaging, be sure not to overcook.
3. Strain the pasta and set aside in a large bowl. Toss with love oil.
4. In a large sauté pan spread out the sausage into little balls. Place the pan over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes until the sausage can easily be released from the pan.
5. Continue to sauté the sausage until fully cooked.
6. Add onion and ½ of the green pepper. Sauté 3 minutes until slightly softened.
7. Add mushrooms and pepperoni and cook 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked.
8. Add the sauté mixture to the bowl with the cooked pasta.
9. Add marinara sauce and ½ of the cheese.
10. Season generously with Good Fella
11. Mix well and then pour the pasta into a cast iron pan.
12. Top the dish with the remaining cheese followed by the remaining green pepper.
13. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the dish is heated through and the cheese is slightly browned on top.
14. Finish with a few extra cracks of Good Fella and enjoy!
